Online Store Order Issue

Hi All,

I'm just writing to see if anyone here might be able to help or advise on getting in touch with someone in relation to a purchase I made via the Boomtown Rats Online Merchandise Store?

I made a purchase about two weeks ago and have yet to receive any notification of it being dispatched. The purchase confirmation email stated that it would be dispatched within 3-5 days, so I am beginning to worry it hasn't been processed.

I have emailed the Boomtown Rats via their website and wrote to them directly via socials with no response.

Any help would be much appreciated.
